It is essential for the business leaders to understand the possibilities and constraints of the technology. At the same time the developers need to understand the vision and goals from the business leaders to make the right design decisions. This is my area of expertise, standing with one foot at each side finding key issues to address for a better delivery.
I’m an expert within Card Payment and has worked more than 10 years throughout the whole value chain in different positions. My knowledge covers mostly Europe but is not limited to this area.
I have also been involved in several startups from within, as an investor, from advisory board and also from startups within corporate group.
